Since 2004, holder of the Chair of “International Finance” and leading professor of the International School of Finance (ISF) at HfWU in Nürtingen. Dean of Studies for the English-language Master’s program “International Finance.”
Transaction Experience:
Mr. Ernst holds doctorates in economics and natural sciences. He has more than 20 years of experience in applying quantitative methods in corporate finance, risk management, derivatives valuation, and corporate finance.

Professorship:
Since 2010, Professor of Quantitative Finance at Munich University of Applied Sciences and since 2004 as Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville.
Transaction Experience:
As Vice President at Rothschild in London and Frankfurt, Mr. Häcker conducted numerous corporate finance transactions between 2000 and 2003. Previously, Mr. Häcker worked at Deutsche Bank (1998–1999) as an Associate and at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1996–1997) as an Analyst. Since 2004, Mr. Häcker has served as founder and director of EIQF.

Our goal is to eliminate siloed thinking in quantitative finance by incorporating data analytics. EIQF is first a continuing education institute for quantitative finance with programs such as the Certified Financial Modeler (CFM), Certified Financial Engineer (CFE), Bachelor in Investment Banking MBA Applied Quantitative Finance and DBA Applied Quantitative Finance.
