DIETMAR ERNST
Dean of Studies
Professorship:
Since 2004, Chair of International Finance and Senior Professor at the International School of Finance (ISF) at HfWU in Nürtingen. Dean of Studies for the English-language Master’s program “International Finance.”
Transaction Experience:
Professor Ernst holds doctorates in economics and natural sciences. He has more than 20 years of experience in the application of quantitative methods in corporate finance, risk management, and the valuation of derivatives and corporate finance.
JOACHIM HÄCKER
Scientific Director
Professorship:
Since 2010, Professor of Quantitative Finance at Munich University of Applied Sciences and since 2004, Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville.
Transaction Experience:
As Vice President at Rothschild in London and Frankfurt, Professor Häcker executed numerous corporate finance transactions between 2000 and 2003. Previously, Professor Häcker worked at Deutsche Bank (1998–1999) as an Associate and at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1996–1997) as an Analyst. Since 2004, Professor Häcker has served as Founder and Director of the EIQF.
